I am Aikanáro and I am reborn from the Halls of Mandos. They call me "hell fire" or "sharp flame" and you might say that I have a firey personality. I try to control it as best I can. I am not always successful. *wink*
I was born in Valinor, under the light of the Two Trees before the dawning of the first age and left with the host of Fingolfin during the flight of the Noldor. I am the son of Finarfin and Earwen and brother to Finrod, Orodreth, Angrod and Galadriel. I am unapologetically Noldor. Much I have seen---the kinslaying, the crossing of the Helcaraxe and the first rays of Anor and Ithil. Days of both dark and light. Many centuries we fought Morgoth and his minions. I was slain in the Battle of Sudden Flame...what a way to go.
I loved and was beloved of Andreth, a mortal woman, with tragic consequences for both of us. I hope I have learned from this experience. I am a bit slow to love because of this.
I do not know why I have been returned to Arda in this age but I believe the Valar must have some purpose in mind.
We shall see....
